Dr. Vuthoori is a Nevada State Committee Leader for US-India Political Action Committee.

As CEO, Jim Mills is responsible for the strategy, growth and strategic alliances of the company. During Jim's 40+ years in the healthcare industry, he has held various positions including Senior Corporate Vice President for the Operations, Sales and Technical Divisions of the nation's largest provider of medical transcription services, with responsibility for 56 branch offices nationwide. Jim has consulted with various medical industry-related companies, and has been asked to serve on advisory councils for industry-related companies, including Sony, Xerox, Novell and Fujitsu.

As Chief Operations Officer, Ann-Marie Mooney is directly responsible for the day-to-day U.S. operational units of the company. With over fifteen years' experience in the healthcare industry, Ann-Marie has worked as a Practice Management Consultant, helping physician clients with practice start-ups, reimbursement and coding seminars, staff training, fee schedule analysis and billing systems. She has also held the positions of Billing Manager and Practice Administrator for a large multi-location Family Practice group in Nevada.
